You are

• Organized and responsive, able to handle issues efficiently as they arise
• Rigorous, with excellent attention to detail and operational follow-up
• Autonomous and communicative, capable of coordinating with the right services at the right time
• Service-oriented, focused on meeting guests’ needs and ensuring their satisfaction

You will

• Oversee arrivals and departures by efficiently managing the airport shuttle and reservation schedules
• Welcome guests warmly, manage departures and respond to specific needs such as flight changes or baggage issues
• Maintain professional relationships with airport authorities and airline representatives
• Develop revenue through transfer service sales and related offers
• Manage payments, perform monthly closures and monitor billing accuracy
• Guarantee the quality, safety and comfort of transfer services throughout the guests’ stay

You will be a Gentle Organizer (G.O)
As a G.O, you will practice your profession with passion while also participating in key moments of our guests’ stay.
Whether interacting with them, sharing an activity or showcasing your talents on stage, you will help create unique and lasting memories.
