You are
- Discreet and organized, ensuring a welcoming environment for guests.
- Attentive, offering personalized service to each guest for a unique experience.
- Meticulous, with great attention to detail and high service standards.
- Responsible and agile, capable of efficiently managing a multicultural team.
- Comfortable with digital tools such as 1Check and PMS.
You will
- Oversee the cleanliness of rooms and public areas, and report any maintenance issues.
- Assist in cleaning rooms and public spaces when required.
- Anticipate and respond to guest needs and expectations in a Resort with 250 to 400 rooms.
- Ensure correct use of automated cleaning equipment.
- Manage stock levels and identify supply needs.
- Inspect completed work to ensure compliance with Club Med’s quality standards.
- Collaborate closely with other departments within the Resort.
- Guarantee adherence to hygiene and safety rules, as well as service excellence standards.
- Lead, motivate, and support your teams in their professional development.
As a G.E, you will be a key player in Club Med's excellence, working behind the scenes to ensure each day runs smoothly. Whether it’s preparing, organizing, or ensuring our guests’ comfort, you will take on a discreet yet essential role.
