Context

Within the Global Marketing Digital Technology (gMDT) department and reporting to the Security Governance team, the Cybersecurity Expert supports the teams responsible for technical infrastructure and digital services to ensure the security of their environments. This is a cross-functional role requiring close collaboration with IT, Digital and Business teams.

Missions

• Provide technical support to infrastructure and digital projects to embed security requirements from the design stage (Security by Design).
• Define and implement technical standards covering hardening, network segmentation, IAM, PKI and monitoring.
• Manage PAM and CSPM solutions, vulnerability management and email traffic security at an operational level.
• Conduct risk analyses and make recommendations to secure on-premises, cloud and SaaS environments.
• Monitor technology developments to anticipate change and propose improvements.
• Raise awareness and advise technical and business teams.

Technical Environment

• Wallix PAM
• Extensive Proofpoint stack (email, DMARC, CASB, awareness)
• Extensive Rapid7 stack (SIEM, SOAR, threat intelligence, vulnerability management)
• Microsoft environment (Entra ID, AD, Azure and Office 365)
• Fortinet firewalls
• CISO Assistant GRC

Profile

• Five years of experience in technical environments and security projects.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional workstreams and projects.
• Advanced, hands-on expertise in security within Microsoft environments.
• Ideally, knowledge of Wallix and Proofpoint products.
• Fluency in both English and French is required.
• Security and cybersecurity certifications are an advantage.
• Expertise in Windows systems (Linux is a welcome advantage) and cloud environments (IaaS).
• Advanced knowledge of Wallix and Proofpoint solutions.
• Knowledge of PKI and IAM.
• Knowledge of DevSecOps and secure CI/CD.
• Knowledge of network and security architectures, including firewalls, VPNs and segmentation.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and influence without direct reporting authority.
• Clear communication and an ability to explain security issues in accessible terms.
• Thoroughness, analytical thinking and the ability to synthesize information.
• Curiosity and a commitment to continuous learning.

Conditions

• Permanent contract (CDI)
• Position based at Club Med’s Paris La Villette Headquarters (19th arrondissement, Paris).
• Current hybrid working policy: up to 8 remote working days per month, subject to manager and team approval, with the possibility of taking one full remote-working week per quarter.
