About our Business Unit
Our management model separates Resorts from Markets. In this position, you will belong to the EMEA Markets, which handles sales in Europe, Africa, and France in over twelve countries.
Job overview:
As a Key Account Manager, you will develop Indirect businesswithinsome key regions of Germany, in line with the Club Med strategy.
You will report tothe Managing directorof Club Med Germanyand will be part ofthe indirect team.
Main missions:
- Build strong relationships and develop the business with existing key accounts, develop our image as a reliable and upmarket Tour Operator
- Develop anddrivethe business, in line with the key sales priorities and the upmarket strategy
- Ensureprofessionaladministration and organization
- Identifynew areas of business and opportunities to increase the sales of Club Med holidays
- Accountable for the effective management e-distribution within his/her region
Skills and competencies:
Education level
You have abachelor's or master's degree in management, marketing, or related topics.
Experience
Experience inB2Bin thetourismor hospitalityindustry
Proven successindeveloping partnershipswithrelevant partnersand brandswithin the tourism industry
Establishedand strongnetwork withinHesse,North Rhine-Westphalia, Hamburgregions
Familiar with local industry commission rates, commercial agreements, and systems
Knowledge ofClub Med range of services and products, B2B and B2C sales conditions
Technical skills
Proficient in Microsoft Applications inc. Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Google Docs
Proficient with online systems and booking tools.
Willingnessto learnadditionalinternal systems such as Salesforce and the Club Med booking engine.
Soft skills
Entrepreneurial mindset, opentochallenges, self-confident withgreat communicationskills.
Strong teamspirit
Languages
You speakGermanfluentlyandhavea very goodlevel ofEnglish
French is a plus
