You are
- An expert in hospitality, able to advise and guide guests with a smile.
- Meticulous and independent, you can manage inventory and anticipate needs to ensure continuous supply.
- Versatile, you master the techniques of preparing and serving hot drinks, including latte art.
- Comfortable in English, you speak fluently to easily interact with our international clients.

You will
- Set up counters and service stations, while ensuring the neat presentation of products.
Provide high-quality customer service by taking and preparing orders according to specific established techniques.
- Autonomously manage the stock of the coffee shop or café area and ensure effective communication with the bar and kitchen teams.
- Maintain a clean and pleasant environment, ensuring service and storage areas are impeccable before, during, and after each service.
- Contribute to achieving commercial goals by promoting products for sale and processing payments when necessary.
