You will
- Welcome and inform customers, personalizing customer relations
- Ensure baggage handling for arriving and departing customers
- Promote accessibility to the arrival/departure area
- Carry out certain reception tasks requiring travel
- Assist the Reception and/or Meetings & Events team in setting up meeting rooms
- Assist the Lodging team with certain tasks
- Contribute to access control and security of goods and people
- Guarantee the quality of services, compliance with Club Med health and safety rules, and maintenance of the property.
- Know and apply health and safety standards and all emergency and evacuation procedures, and inform customers accordingly.
- Respect Club Med's attitudes, behavior, presentation, work environment and internal procedures.
