GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES

PROVIDE QUALITY SERVICE

  • Participate in the reception of F&B products, consumables and PMH
  • Set up service counters and all dispensing points and workstations
  • Keep the coffee shop clean and contribute to its friendly atmosphere
  • Regularly check that products are properly displayed in the window, and that signage is correctly positioned in front of each product.
  • Ensure permanent supply by maintaining a high level of anticipation and communication with the bar manager for beverages and the kitchen team for food products
  • Manage coffee shop stock autonomously
  • Greet and advise GMs on the choice of food and beverages available
  • Take orders, prepare and serve food and beverages according to specific established techniques
  • Present harmonious and attractive food products and reheat, if necessary, in accordance with specific techniques
  • Ensure compliance with standards and procedures
  • Report any malfunctions to manager
  • Collect small hotel equipment (glasses, cups, glasses, trays…) from the room, or dedicated space
  • If necessary, suggest products for sale and actions to increase sales
  • If necessary, collect payment for items sold and record sales

KEEP THE COFFEE SHOP CLEAN

  • Maintain and clean the workstation and equipment used, at any time
  • Wash dishes
  • Ensure self-service stations are clean before, during and after service
  • Ensure that coffee shop furniture is clean and organized before, during and after service
  • Ensure that storage areas are clean and organized, at any time
  • Respect the cleaning schedule and apply the cleaning process
  • Comply with HACCP standards and Coffee Shop health and safety rules

  • Quality of welcome according to nationality
