The Club Med Hygiene, Safety and Environmental team ensures the safety and peace of mind of ourgueststhroughouttheirstay.
As a prevention expert, youplay an essential role in guaranteeingtheirwell‑being and maintainingsecure, comfortablespacesacross the Resort.
Yourworkingenvironmentisdesigned for responsiveness and efficiency, whereempathy and attentiveness are key to providing high‑quality service.
You willbe a central player in emergency management, preventionsystems and safety training programs thatensureeveryguestenjoys a worry‑free experience.

You are

• Responsible, ensuring the safety of guests, staff and property at all times
• Organized, able to manage procedures, documentation and securitysystemsprecisely
• Vigilant, responsive and calmunder pressure whenfacingunexpected situations
• Exemplary, leading and motivatingyour team throughcommitment and presence in the field

You will

• Guarantee the safety and security of all guests, team members and Resort assets
• Supervise, train and motivate the Security team throughdailyfield management
• Ensure compliance withlegal, company and safetyregulations in all operations
• Performregular inspections, briefings and updates on safetyprocedures and emergency plans
• Maintain key systems, CCTV, firesafetyequipment and all documentation in properorder
• Promote respect for hygiene, waste management and environmental standards
• Support team development by ensuringstrong communication and professionalgrowth
