You are

• Sociable, able to build relationships and create trust with guests.

• Efficient and organised, with strong prioritisation skills to minimise waiting times.

• Professional, maintaining impeccable posture, attitude and grooming standards in a premium environment.

You will

• Ensure the setup, service and clearing of dining areas for services ranging from 600 to 1,000 covers.

• Actively participate in service by taking orders, serving beverages and dishes, and monitoring guest satisfaction throughout the meal.

• Welcome and advise guests while personalising their dining experience.

• Promote additional sales opportunities, particularly wines and spirits, to enhance the guest experience.

• Ensure compliance with Club Med standards, quality procedures, hygiene regulations, safety requirements and legal obligations.
