Your work environment
At Club Med, each season our G.O and G.E teams create extraordinary holidays for our guests, and the support functions play a crucial role in assisting them daily.
By joining our HR, Finance, Digital, and Training services in the Resort, you will have the opportunity to work closely with multicultural teams.
You will help foster a friendly yet professional atmosphere thanks to a caring and proactive approach, essential for smooth operations and the well-being of all.
You are
- Holder of a degree in Finance, with a strong understanding of financial principles.
- Rigorous, comfortable with numbers and financial tools, mastering both operations and financial analysis.
- Pedagogical, able to clearly translate financial results to support decision-making.
- Autonomous, taking initiative and ensuring compliance with financial and accounting processes.
You will
- Assist the Finance Manager in administrative, financial, accounting, and budget management.
- Control and register revenue, including client payment processing, invoice issuance, and follow-up of outstanding amounts.
- Consolidate and record financial data to produce trial balances, profit and loss statements, and balance sheets in compliance with legal standards.
- Verify the accuracy of accounting entries and inform the Finance Manager of the financial situation.
- Code and enter invoices, and carry out bank reconciliations.
- Perform daily and monthly closings.
You will be a Gentle Organizer (G.O)
As a G.O, you will practice your profession with passion while also participating in key moments of our guests’ stay.
Whether interacting with them, sharing an activity, or showcasing your talents on stage, you will help create unique memories.
