Your work environment

Swimming pools, theatres, guest rooms, beaches, green spaces… Join Club Med's Technical Services team and help ensure the safety and proper operation of all Resort facilities and equipment.

The team is composed of skilled professionals dedicated to maintenance and renovation operations, ensuring the well-being of both guests and staff throughout our Resorts.

You will

• Diagnose equipment failures and technical malfunctions and carry out repairs across various technical fields such as electrical systems, ventilation, plumbing and heating.

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure the proper operation of Resort facilities and infrastructure.

• Install, renovate and maintain floor and wall coverings, including paint, carpeting, tiling, parquet flooring, wall panelling and skirting boards.

• Collaborate with technical teams and external contractors to ensure infrastructure safety and compliance with applicable standards.

• Anticipate technical needs and suggest improvements to optimise equipment performance and operational efficiency.

• Contribute to maintaining a safe, comfortable and high-quality environment for both guests and employees.
