You are

• Organized and detail-oriented, able to manage priorities effectively
• Attentive, capable of responding to guest requests with empathy
• Patient, cooperative and comfortable working as part of a team

You will

• Manage room assignments according to bookings and guests’ expectations
• Prepare activity forecasts and communicate efficiently with all relevant departments
• Handle special guest requests throughout their stay, including room changes and upgrades
• Promote internal sales opportunities and coach teams to improve performance
• Ensure compliance with internal audit standards and verify the quality of hotel operations
• Process payments, perform monthly closures and guarantee accurate billing

You will be a Gentle Organizer (G.O)
As a G.O, you will practice your profession with passion while also participating in key moments of our guests’ stay.
Whether interacting with them, sharing an activity or showcasing your talents on stage, you will help create unique and lasting memories.
