You will
• Personalize the guest experience by preparing arrivals (preferences, recommendations), creating a warm and professional first contact and anticipating needs throughout the stay
• Welcome guests professionally at arrival and departure (check‑in / check‑out) and assist them during their stay (reservations, changes, transport)
• Build tailor‑made experiences by offering inclusive services and à‑la‑carte options adapted to guest expectations
• Collect guest feedback, share insights with your manager and suggest ideas to enhance guest satisfaction and experience
• Have in‑depth knowledge of the Resort, its services and surroundings to answer guests’ questions with precision
• Apply and inform guests about Club Med hygiene and safety standards as well as emergency and evacuation procedures

You will be a Gentle Organizer (G.O)
As a G.O, you will practice your profession with passion while also participating in key moments of our guests’ stay.
Whether interacting with them, sharing an activity or showcasing your talents on stage, you will help create unique and lasting memories.
