You are
- Discreet and organized, ensuring a welcoming environment for guests.
- Attentive, providing personalized service to every guest for a unique experience.
- Meticulous, with a keen eye for detail that enhances service quality.
- Responsible and agile, capable of effectively leading a multicultural team.
- Comfortable with digital tools (e.g., 1Check, PMS).
You will
- Assist the Executive Housekeeper in inspecting the cleanliness of rooms and public areas (250 to 400 rooms).
- Report any maintenance issues and coordinate with the engineering department.
- Anticipate and respond to guest needs within the Resort.
- Manage and train a team of 50 to 80 employees, organizing their daily work schedules.
- Lead daily briefings and debriefings with the team.
- Monitor stock levels, identify needs, and process necessary orders.
- Ensure the correct use of automatic cleaning equipment.
- Inspect work to ensure it meets Club Med quality standards.
- Collaborate closely with other departments within the Resort.
- Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and service quality standards.
