Maintenance (Club Med Bali)

Job Summary**

As a Maintenance team member at Club Med Bali, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal functioning and upkeep of all resort facilities, equipment, and infrastructure, contributing to an exceptional guest experience.

Job Responsibilities**

* Perform routine preventative maintenance on electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems throughout the resort.
* Conduct repairs and troubleshoot issues with resort equipment, appliances, and guest room amenities.
* Respond promptly to maintenance requests from guests and staff, addressing problems efficiently and effectively.
* Inspect facilities regularly to identify potential hazards, defects, or areas requiring attention.
* Assist in the installation of new equipment and systems as needed.
* Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities, repairs, and inventory of parts.
* Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies, ensuring a safe working environment.
* Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operation of resort facilities.
* Participate in emergency response procedures when necessary.
* Contribute to the overall cleanliness and aesthetic appeal of the resort.

Job Qualifications**

* Proven experience in a maintenance role, preferably within a hospitality or resort environment.
* Technical proficiency in at least one of the following areas: electrical, plumbing, HVAC, or general mechanics.
* Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
* Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a guest-oriented approach.
* Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and evenings as required.
* Physical stamina and ability to perform manual tasks, lift heavy objects, and work in various weather conditions.
* Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
* Fluent in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
* Relevant technical certifications or vocational training are highly desirable.
