Required qualification: High school diploma to a two-year degree (BAC to BAC+2) in Hospitality, Housekeeping, or Management, or equivalent experience. Strong leadership, organizational, and quality control skills required.
Experience required: 3 to 5 years

You are
• Discreet and organized, ensuring a clean and welcoming environment for guests.

• Comfortable with digital tools such as 1Check and PMS systems.

You will
• Oversee the cleanliness of rooms and public areas, and report maintenance or technical issues.
• Participate in cleaning rooms and public spaces when necessary.
• Anticipate and respond to the needs and expectations of guests in a Resort with 250 to 400 rooms.
• Ensure the proper use of automated cleaning equipment.
• Manage inventories and identify resupply needs.
• Inspect and ensure work compliance with Club Med’s quality standards.
• Collaborate closely with other Resort departments.
• Ensure compliance with hygiene and safety policies and maintain service quality.
• Lead, motivate, and support your team in their professional development.

You will be a Gentle Employee (G.E)
As a G.E, you will play a key role in Club Med’s excellence, working behind the scenes to ensure every day runs smoothly.
Whether preparing, organizing, or ensuring guest comfort, you will carry out a discreet yet essential role.
