You are

• The holder of a swimming certificate
• Pedagogical, able to transmit technical and safety rules to guests whether they are beginners or experienced
• Responsible, ensuring the smooth running of the nautical activity while applying safety guidelines
• Passionate, offering guests the opportunity to discover, progress and challenge themselves

You will

• Teach windsurfing in group and individual lessons, from beginner level to advanced improvement
• Organize and participate in nautical events within the Resort
• Ensure guest safety during windsurfing activities
• Supervise personalized services and offer private lessons
• Promote windsurfing activities within the Resort to spark guest interest
• Oversee the maintenance of equipment, materials and Resort facilities
• Guarantee proper use of equipment, materials and infrastructures as required by safety standards

You will be a Gentle Organizer (G.O)
As a G.O, you will practice your profession with passion while also participating in key moments of our guests’ stay.
Whether interacting with them, sharing an activity or showcasing your talents on stage, you will help create unique and lasting memories.
Being a G.O is much more than just a job. It is about experiencing and sharing moments of connection and emotion within a multicultural team.
