Your work environment
Swimming pools, theaters, guest rooms, beaches, landscaped gardens… Join Club Med’s Technical team to ensure the safety and proper functioning of all Resort facilities.
The team consists of skilled professionals committed to maintenance and renovation projects, ensuring the comfort and well-being of guests and staff in our Resorts.
You will contribute to maintaining and preserving an exceptional natural heritage, working in unique environments where modernity meets respect for nature, offering guests unforgettable holidays.

You will

• Diagnose breakdowns or malfunctions in installations (plumbing, hot water systems, pools, sanitation) and carry out necessary repairs.
• Ensure the proper functioning of equipment by monitoring pressure and temperature guidelines.
• Monitor energy consumption and identify possible optimizations for more efficient management.
• Apply and adhere to Club Med hygiene and safety standards, while ensuring the upkeep of the Resort’s assets.

You will be a Gentle Organizer (G.O)
As a G.O, you will carry out your work with passion while participating in key moments of our guests’ stay.
Whether speaking with them, sharing an activity, or showcasing your talents on stage, you will help create unforgettable memories.
