- Multilingual, you are fluent in Turkish, which allows you to create unique connections with children and Turkish-speaking families.

You will
- Be responsible for the supervision of children from 4 to 10 years old (Mini Club) and from 11 to 17 years old (Junior Club/Passworld) of the resort
- Organize activities and events adapted to the age of the children: sport, expression, creation, games & animations
- Lead the animations and events at the Mini/Junior Club with the rest of the team
- Implement the actions allowing the objectives set by the Family Manager to be met
- Manage, supervise and support your teams with the objective of developing and achieving results, both qualitative and quantitative
- Verify the implementation, application and monitoring of health and safety standards by the team
