You will be trained in treatment protocols and product sales from our leading brands. These training sessions, validated by a certificate, are recognized by well-being professionals. The world is yours!
You are
Attentive and caring, ensuring a warm welcome and personalized support for each client.
Organized and thorough, able to anticipate needs, plan treatments, and manage billing.
Comfortable in advising and selling, highlighting the Spa’s services and products to boost revenue.
Collaborative and positive, promoting team spirit and cohesion within the Resort.
- Provide a warm welcome to clients, explain how the Spa operates, and address their specific needs.
- Inform, advise, and sell treatments, products, packages, and additional services.
- Plan treatments according to clients’ wishes and availability, and prepare billing sheets.
- Ensure each service runs smoothly, gather client feedback, and maintain an optimal level of satisfaction.
- Comply with and enforce hygiene, safety, and waste management standards while limiting water and electricity consumption.
- Actively participate in the Spa’s daily life and the village, and ensure proper maintenance and organization of equipment.
You will be a Gentle Organizer (G.O)
As a G.O, you will practice your profession with passion while also taking part in key moments of our clients’ stay. Whether it is chatting with them, sharing an activity, or showcasing your talents on stage, you will help create unforgettable memories. Being a G.O is much more than a job: it means experiencing moments of sharing and emotion within a multicultural team.
