What is expected ?

You will be an ambassador of Club Med Spirit. You will be a Travel Experience Designer; responsible for increasing sales, using selling and upselling techniques, booking vacation packages, and providing service information required. Responsible for servicing vacation files booked thorough our contactcenter.You will be responsible for ensuring that we deliver on our common goal of providing lasting memories for our customers.
This position reports to the Agency Manager.

Sales experience with the ability to recognize sales opportunities
Professional individuals who are enthusiastic, demonstrate initiative, adaptability, attention to detail, and good judgment.
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and French are mandatory for this role, as you will handle calls from French- and English-speaking customers also servicing customers via digital written communication platforms such as WhatsApp.
Basic computer knowledge.
Previous experience in the travel industry, knowledge of geography, and/or call center experience are a plus but not required.
Note: Travel professionals applying must have successfully completed the required OPC exam.
Must be available to work 40 hours per week (full-time) or a minimum of 25 hours per week (part-time), with flexibility for shifts between 9:00 AM and 9:00 PM, Monday through Friday, and between 9:30 AM and 6:00 PM on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
