You are
• Attentive, providing personalized service and creating exceptional experiences for each guest
• Organized, able to manage priorities effectively and ensure optimal operations within the Spa
• Performance‑driven, motivated by the challenge of developing turnover (products and services) while ensuring guest satisfaction
• Responsible, skilled at managing and guiding a dynamic team
You will
• Assist the Spa Manager in coordinating and promoting the Spa within the Resort
• Welcome guests and organize appointment schedules efficiently
• Provide operational support to Spa Therapists, Beauticians and Massage Experts when needed
• Perform a variety of treatments following protocols from prestigious partner brands
• Promote, advise and sell Spa services and products to enhance revenue
• Organize and implement commercial events within the Resort to showcase the Spa and its offers
• Collaborate with various Resort departments (laundry, front office, etc.) to ensure smooth and efficient operations
• Participate in professional training programs on brand protocols to broaden your skills and expertise
• Guarantee strict compliance with Club Med hygiene and safety standards
You will be a Gentle Organizer (G.O)
As a G.O, you will practice your profession with passion while also participating in key moments of our guests’ stay.
Whether interacting with them, sharing an activity or showcasing your talents on stage, you will help create unique and lasting memories.
