You will
• Lead and accompany guest groups on half‑day and full‑day excursions
• Represent the Club Med image outside the Resort, maintaining positive relationships with local partners such as restaurant managers, guides and local authorities
• Sell and promote excursions within the Resort, combining commercial appeal and authentic cultural storytelling
• Showcase the beauty and diversity of the surrounding region and promote local cultural events both within and outside the Resort

You will be a Gentle Organizer (G.O)
As a G.O, you will practice your profession with passion while also participating in key moments of our guests’ stay.
Whether interacting with them, sharing an activity or showcasing your talents on stage, you will help create unique and lasting memories.
Being a G.O is much more than just a job. It is about experiencing and sharing moments of connection and emotion within a multicultural team.
