Your work environment
Pools, theatres, guest rooms, beaches, gardens — the Technical Services team at Club Med ensures the safety and smooth operation of all Resort facilities.
Composed of skilled professionals, the department handles maintenance and renovations to provide well‑being for both guests and staff.

You are
• Responsible, able to lead and motivate a team effectively
• Organized, capable of managing teams, subcontractors and suppliers while meeting deadlines and priorities
• Thorough and professional, carrying out tasks with consistency and precision
• Versatile and adaptable, comfortable managing varied technical situations and interacting with both guests and employees
You will
• Assist the Technical Manager in optimizing the operation of Resort facilities and infrastructure serving 1,000 to 1,500 guests
• Respond quickly to technical requests from guests and employees
• Help organize and manage preventive and corrective maintenance, proposing improvements and technical solutions in coordination with a 10‑person team and external providers
• Prevent malfunctions by monitoring equipment performance and staying informed about technological developments
• Raise awareness among teams and partners about the importance of safety standards and compliance within the Resort infrastructure
You will be a Gentle Organizer (G.O)
As a G.O, you will practice your profession with passion while also participating in key moments of our guests’ stay.
Whether interacting with them, sharing an activity or showcasing your talents on stage, you will help create unique and lasting memories.
