You are

You will

• Welcome participants of all levels, nationalities, adults and children alike.
• Assign guests to different classes and coordinate with Sports Instructors and Animators.
• Provide and adjust equipment suitable for the participant’s level, in collaboration with the Instructors and Animators.
• Promote additional courses while explaining the learning advantages they offer.
• Apply Club Med standards and guidelines on safety and hygiene.
• Explain procedures to ensure the smooth running of the activity.
• Ensure guest satisfaction with the activity provided.

You will be a Gentle Organizer (G.O)
As a G.O, you will practice your profession with passion while also participating in key moments of our guests’ stay.
Whether interacting with them, sharing an activity, or showcasing your talents on stage, you will help create unique and lasting memories.
Being a G.O is much more than just a job. It is about experiencing and sharing moments of connection and emotion within a multicultural team.
