Club Med was founded in 1950 on the idea that the purpose of life is to be happy. The place to be happy is here. The moment to be happy is now.

You are
• Operational, with mastery in culinary techniques, professional terminology, and confident with IT tools.
• A leader, able to manage, organize, and unite a team while handling conflicts and acting as a strategic decision-maker.
• Autonomous, capable of making key decisions in the absence of the Head Chef.
• Organized, able to anticipate needs while respecting processes and ensuring swift, reactive management.
• Cooperative, with expertise in stock and inventory management, and effective collaboration with other teams.
You will
• Coordinate the entire culinary production based on pre-developed menu plans, for buffets, plated service, events, and staff catering.
• Supervise a brigade of 40 to 80 chefs, ensuring quality performance for themed buffets and bistronomic dining.
• Set up and monitor Club Med standards and procedures.
• Manage orders and inventories in collaboration with the Stock & Purchasing Manager, while respecting allocated budgets.
• Analyze results and propose improvement actions for both budget and culinary performance.
• Ensure the quality of culinary services and strict compliance with Club Med hygiene and safety standards (HACCP).
• Unite and motivate your team around defined objectives, supporting their professional development and growth.
You will be a Gentle Organizer (G.O)
As a G.O, you will carry out your role with passion while also participating in key moments of our guests’ stay.
Whether interacting with them, sharing an activity, or showcasing your talents on stage, you will help create unforgettable memories.
