To translate Club Med's business needs into technical requirements to meet expectations
To define the needs in terms of Network & Security and System to optimize the resources to be used to carry out the project
To monitor the project making sure to always optimize the cost/benefit ratio of the technical features involved
To participate in documenting and communicating designs to the important stakeholders and ensure correct support transfer after project closure

To create and administer the various databases
To ensure the quality, integrity and consistency of the data collected
To ensure that the data collected are available and up-to-date at any moment

To organize and deploy local area networks (LANS), wide area networks (WANS) and other data communication systems
To watch over existing network systems and conduct required maintenance if needed
To manage telecommunication networks
To document and communicate with main stakeholders during projects
To ensure high level support for network issues

To create new processes, scripts, jobs and applications and integrate them into the overall scheduling plan
To monitor production, and manage the dispatch of misdirected processing to the teams concerned
To suggest improvements to the internal processes of IT Production in order to constantly improve their reliability

To make sure IT solutions are in line with business needs
To organize the dialog between business and IT teams
To define stories and prioritize the team backlog to streamline the execution of program priorities
To maintain the conceptual and technical integrity of the features/components for the team

To ensure proper computer operations so that end users can accomplish their tasks through Club Med’s softwares
To coordinate, specify and document functional evolutions related to transversal digital tools to anticipate and meet users' needs
To support the opening of villages and season opening on BU on all digital & IT subjects
To detect bugs and escalate to development teams or editors

To analyze, design, and document platforms/systems to meet enterprise requirements
To install, customize, maintain, test, and troubleshoot Système d'exploitations and other softwares
To design and document enterprise standards and procedures

To develop strategic IT plans and forecasts to achieve corporate objectives
To lead and develop IT teams to optimize the IT tools provided for the Group
To make sure the entire Club Med’s IT systems and networks are correctly sized to support the business activities
