Apply implementation (start of season), follow-up (season) and closing (end of season) procedures.
Be present at key service moments to coordinate teams.
Guarantee the atmosphere and harmony of the Gourmet Lounge area.
Responsible for monitoring indicators (attendance, satisfaction, business, etc.) and analyzing various reporting tools.
Participate in the development of departmental requirements.
Monitor and apply norms and standards.
Implement, apply and monitor health and safety rules.
Ensure compliance with bar consumption procedures.
Ensure proper management of current stocks, inventories, maintenance and use of equipment.
Welcome, set up and integrate G.O/G.E. into your department by defining objectives and supporting them.
