You are
• A teacher at heart: you enthusiastically share climbing basics and techniques with both beginners and advanced climbers.
• Responsible: the safety of your activities and clients is your top priority.
• Passionate: you inspire your guests to discover and push their limits in a friendly atmosphere.

You will
• Lead climbing sessions in both group and individual classes, from introductory to advanced levels.
• Promote and host climbing activities within the Resort.
• Inspect, maintain, and oversee all equipment, gear, and facilities.
• Ensure strict compliance with Club Med’s health and safety regulations.

You will be a Gentle Organizer (G.O)
As a G.O, you practice your profession with passion while also taking part in key moments of our guests’ stay. Whether it’s by interacting with them, sharing an activity, or showcasing your talents on stage, you will help create unique memories. Being a G.O is so much more than a job: it’s about experiencing moments of sharing and emotion within a multicultural team.
