Missions- Represent luxury by Club Med for our costumers and teams
- Welcome the customers and show them the house by taking care of explaining them its fonctionalities
- Guarantee the perfect holding of the whole house which is assigned to you (maintenance, cleaned up and cleaning) in the respect of the rules of hygiene and safety and of the standards and Club Med standards
- Supply a service personalized to the customers during their stay and treat the particular requests or the complaints of the customers
- Participate in the organization and in the management of the accommodation and the services (management of the formalities of arrivals / departures, safety of luggage, held by the logbook, the replacement of the linen, the restocking of products F&B and flowers)
- Raise the possible disfunctions to the department heads
Profiles- Availability and international mobility 2 years minimum
- Experience in this position necessary
- Fluent French mandatory, knowledge of another foreign language a plus
