To carry out the administrative and technical procedures to ensure the realization of the project
To manage call for tenders on Architectural projects and select the best offers
To ensure that the budget process and the overall project cost planning schedule are respected
To help development teams adapt to local standards and align with group requirements

To identify technical processes, materials and service providers for the construction
To set up and manage the project team in charge of the Gestion de projet, in collaboration with the Architecture and Design teams
To ensure compliance with construction deadlines and costs, as well as environmental and safety standards
To prepare for future infrastructure maintenance

To collaborate in the sourcing of new development projects and the carrying out of feasibility studies (operational, financial and legal)
To act as an interface with the partners of new projects (investors, bankers, etc.)
To report on development opportunities in the area and present and highlight the advantages of investing in a Club Med project (profitability, economic and social benefits for the territories, etc.)

To supervise managers to ensure that construction and development project deadlines are met.
To ensure that the budget allocated to the infrastructure construction is respected.
To monitor competitors' infrastructures.

To coordinate all along the project the work of the relevant teams coming from different Job Families Groups
