To develop and coordinate the implementation of all operations worldwide
To ensure that all products and services comply with the company's requirements
To monitor competitors’ operations activities

To define standards for each product
To coordinate the deployment of the defined products for implementation in the villages
To ensure competitive intelligence on the products

To enforce the standards initially defined by the Product & Services Engineering teams
To make sure the standards are well understood by the villages
To help villages find solutions to become compliant if standards are not met

To ensure the villages security & maintenance to guarantee the proper functioning of all operations
To provide technical support to village technical managers
To constantly try to improve current operational activities
To constantly repeat basic procedures (incl. documents and reporting)
