To ensure strict compliance with legal, administrative, and regulatory obligations, including internal processes’ control
To supervise, organize, and coordinate Club Med’s financial services in order to control and to ensure the reliability of the company’s financial statements and reporting
To represent Club Med before financial and administrative parties (e.g. banks, state administration)
To manage cash flow and cost, to optimize treasury, to forecast and to budget with regards to Club Med’s strategy
To handle functions related to general employees’ administration (e.g.to write employment contracts, to follow-up absences and leaves, payroll, social security control)
To ensure the function of business partner by providing support to his/her internal clients and his/her manager

To perform operational and financial audits in all entities in order to evaluate internal control processes
To provide operational teams with recommendations on how identified risks can be reduced and managed
To coordinate internal control self-assessment campaigns
To disseminate best internal control practices within the Group and report on preventive and corrective measures in relation to high-risk practices
To ensure the training of operational and financial teams
To perform operational and financial audits in all entities in order to evaluate internal control processes
To provide operational teams with recommendations on how identified risks can be reduced and managed
To coordinate internal control self-assessment campaigns
To disseminate best internal control practices within the Group and report on preventive and corrective measures in relation to high-risk practices
To ensure the training of operational and financial teams
To negotiate contracts with our broker, outsourced teams, and insurance companies
To handle all insurance claims from minor ones (4000 incidents in resorts per year) to major ones (climate-related incidents, fires, and so one), and litigations, and to participate to claims cells.
To monitor the worldwide emergency assistance and travel insurance program
To put in place easy processes in resorts to declare incidents and to train G.Os to these processes.
To report claims experiences to Operations and Finance in order to reduce the cost of self-insurance
To prevent risks and to provide advices in terms risks and insurance
To negotiate contracts with our broker, outsourced teams, and insurance companies
