To ensure strict compliance with legal, administrative, and regulatory obligations, including internal processes’ control
To supervise, organize, and coordinate Club Med’s financial services in order to control and to ensure the reliability of the company’s financial statements and reporting
To represent Club Med before financial and administrative parties (e.g. banks, state administration)
To manage cash flow and cost, to optimize treasury, to forecast and to budget with regards to Club Med’s strategy
To handle functions related to general employees’ administration (e.g.to write employment contracts, to follow-up absences and leaves, payroll, social security control)
To ensure the function of business partner by providing support to his/her internal clients and his/her manager

To coordinate the preparation, compilation and review of all entities' financial reports, ensuring compliance with Club Med's policies and procedures and IFRS regulatory requirements
To analyze and present the consolidated statements for management Prise de décision

To collect and report the various financial information impacting the balance sheet and income statement
To perform month-end closing transactions and produce the related accounting statement documents
To set up the procedures needed to make accounts more reliable and reduce costs
To follow the evolution of current regulations

To establish and update the budget of the entity in accordance with Finance Management objectives
To anticipate the long-term incomes (max. 3 years) of the entity
To control the entity's treasury management as well as the compliance with the Group's financial standards
To define financial performance assessment criteria and analyze the results
To report to Management the results of the analyses and ultimately validate them

To contribute to the development of Club Med's strategy by challenging corporate decisions and providing financial analysis and guidance on all activities
To lead and develop Finance teams to optimize the company’s financial performance
To ensure that Club Med financial systems are sufficiently robust, compliant and support current business activities and future growth
To ensure corporate budgeting processes are carried out and reviewed

To perform operational and financial audits in all entities in order to evaluate internal control processes
To provide operational teams with recommendations on how identified risks can be reduced and managed
To coordinate internal control self-assessment campaigns
To disseminate best internal control practices within the Group and report on preventive and corrective measures in relation to high-risk practices
To ensure the training of operational and financial teams

To negotiate contracts with our broker, outsourced teams, and insurance companies
To handle all insurance claims from minor ones (4000 incidents in resorts per year) to major ones (climate-related incidents, fires, and so one), and litigations, and to participate to claims cells.
To monitor the worldwide emergency assistance and travel insurance program
To put in place easy processes in resorts to declare incidents and to train G.Os to these processes.
To report claims experiences to Operations and Finance in order to reduce the cost of self-insurance
To prevent risks and to provide advices in terms risks and insurance

To define the Group's tax policy
To provide advice on tax matters, participate in audits and ensure the legal compliance of internal practices
To report the tax impact on financial statements, in coordination with Accounting teams
To manage international contracts' tax impacts
To monitor the evolution of current regulations

To keep the cash flow statement up to date
To make sure that it concurs with cash flow statement set by consolidation team during closing periods
To provide purchase orders and centralize expense receipts in coordination with the Accounting team
