To define the right messages to target the right audience, and to express it through a concrete and operational strategy in line with Club Med’s objectives
We directly, or in cooperation with the different BUs, provide support and supervise all of Club Med’s public apparitions (e.g. TV shooting, PR, speeches writing), except advertising
To participate in organizing/coordinating and to communicate on Club Med’s external events (e.g. inauguration)
To participate to Club Med’s brand and equity protection during crisis issues and events
To measure and to track our actions’ performance with regards to objectives and metrics

To seek and to deepen strategic cooperation with the Chinese Government and social organisms in order to enhance Club Med’s positive brand image and business growth , and to seek support to develop local projects (e.g. CSR projects, mountain leadership, outbound license, ski school etc.)
To negotiate with Club Med’s owners when dealing with key subjects and issues
To provide support to various departments on defending Club Med’s rights regarding conflicts and crisis
To provide policy consultancy and industry latest data
To provide support on acquiring various licenses in China (e.g. foreign G.Os working permit)
