    Club Med Paris is looking for a new Search Executive to join the EAF Markets Online Media team (Europe Africa France Markets).


    • In collaboration with countries, manage directly the SEA campaigns (on Google, Bing…): develop the campaigns, optimize the account structure, optimize copy and landing pages…Ensure consistency between SEA and offline/online activation done by countries.To do so, understand their media strategy and plans.

    • In collaboration with countries, define and implement the SEA strategy & roadmap. Analyze and understand countries business and collect information from the countries regarding the marketing strategy and plans, the market specificities, the top destinations...

    • Coordinate SEA budgets with each country and manage the investments according to their business & marketing strategy: Analyze yearly/monthly budget given by countries, if needed make budget recommendations and discuss it with countries.

    • Optimize ROI of the campaigns in order to increase business performances. Define KPI for each campaign and each country. Execute tests (ads, urls...), collect and analyze data.

    • Track, report, analyze and communicate the results to the countries on a weekly/monthly basis. Implement dashboards and regularly challenge the KPI questioning the contribution of each campaign to the global performances of the countries, with a multichannel vision.

    • Share the best practices implemented at the coordination or in countries

    • Manage the relationship with different partners like Google and Bing (launch of new products, beta-tests, benchmarks...)

    • Lead global projects (bidding tool...)

    • Benchmark online innovation, media and consumptions trends and analyze competitor advertising links. Be constantly aware of the new tools on the market to improve performances, reporting, campaign optimization, client’s knowledge…

    • Develop synergy with the SEO team and recommend changes to website (new pages, content...). Coordinate and implement SEO optimizations & strategy with countries, IT and the on-site Team.


    • Solid understanding of performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition

    • In-depth experience with website and ad analytics tools (e.g, Google stack, Omniture)

    • Experience with A/B Testing

    • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in SEA & Display

    • Good expertise on Microsoft Office (word, excel, powerpoint)

    • Analytics skills et ease to manipulate datas

    • Very good relational

    • Project management

    • Creative, reactive, autonomous, curious

    • Passionate by digital

    • Language: fluent in French and in English knowledge. Other languages appreciated.
