    You will be joining the EAF (Europe & Africa) Marketing Department within the Data Analytics & Business Intelligence team. Under the supervision of the team manager, your main mission will be to Guide EAF Sales & Marketing function to optimize their plan and maximise their action’s ROI. Through a daily contact with countries you will be in the heart of the EAF Sales & Marketing strategies to optimise and recommend activation pan / marketing budget allocation.

    • Recommend and challenge EAF countries’ activation plans (MAP) based on current trends, and ROI rex with a strong focus on marketing cost ratio optimization

      • Analyze and get an expert understanding of EAF markets business stakes in order to nourish MAP

      • Ensure prioritization of countries’ business stakes by accompanying them in their business analysis

      • Support countries on running REX and share learning from major activation on each lever in order to optimize future action

      • Ensure a fluid / clear EAF country MAP priority sharing with other support Marketing function

    • Identify business risks and opportunities and ensure the communication of key stakes to commercial and marketing teams through various instances (Codir, Sales meetings, …)

      • Build monthly CODIR EAF Business Review by identifying priority focus and recommendation

      • Run monthly France Business Review to help building the country MAP by levers

    • Define and implement EAF promotional strategy in direct collaboration with Revenue Management & Pricing (RMP)

      • Adapt and co-build with RMP, promotional strategy according to customer trends evolution (early, middle, late booking)

      • Coordinate with RMP & countries the promotional details definition (booking/consumption date, destination….)

    • Actively contribute to the EAF Business Plan and Country Sales & Marketing Plan

      • Support preparation of Business Plan & Marketing Plans on various topics (market and customer trends, business priorities, planning, …)

      • Work on customer and market studies, prepared with institutes & agencies

    • Lead the coordination of major business events throughout the year like Sales Opening or Promos push across EAF

      • Define and align with countries the most appropriate date

      • Coordinate the definition of sales objectives by countries

      • Run rex and share learning & recommendation

    • Deliver added value ad hoc analysis and recommendation on a large range of topic (DOF opening, customer knowledge, sales agency network, marketing cost optimization….)  using internal and external data

    • Evangelize all functions to the self-usage of available data viz tool. Gather feedbacks to optimize reporting constantly

    Profile:  5 years of experience in analytics and/or marketing position
