On a daily basis, I manage a team of Product Owners, who think about the digital journeys in Resorts of our Customers. The goal is to help our clients just before their departure, to prepare their arrivals, to simplify their trip. At Club Med, I have the opportunity to often travel to Resorts to meet our clients.
We live up to the brand promise "Amazing you". I work on services with families to facilitate their entire stay, on the theme of reconnecting families during their stay and also the part of the children's supervision in a more global way.

I started as a G.O Mini Club in a Resort then after a few years, thanks to the gateways and internal mobility, I was able to integrate the commercial functions in the Agency where I am now Travel Experience Designer.
