About our Business Unit 

Our management model separates Resorts from Markets. In this position, you will belong to the EAF Markets, which handles sales in Europe, Africa, and France in over ten countries. 

Job overview:

As a Transport Executive, you will be responsible for:

  • SupportingtheCallCentrebycompletingtransportationrequests

  • AdministrationofbothAmadeusandthein-housereservationsystem

  • HandlinggrouprequestsefficientlyfortheMeetingsandEventsdepartment

  • Communicatingtravelinformationtoclients(includingschedulechanges)

  • AssistingtheFinancedepartmentinthereconciliationofTransportbillings.

  • Build relations with airlines companies

You will report to the Call center Manager and will be part of sales team.

Main missions:

Mission1:SupportingtheCallCentrebycompletingtransportationrequests

  • Effectivelycompletingalltransportationrequestswithin4hours(whereverpossible)

  • Findingthebestflightsandpricingsfortheclientinlinewiththeirneeds

  • Supportingthecallcenterandclientswithanychangestotheirflights

  • Thebookingofancillary services

Mission2:AdministrationofbothAmadeusandthein-housereservationsystem

  • Issuing/reissuingtickets

  • CheckingAmadeusQueuesonaregularbasistokeep ontop ofany ticketingissues

  • CompletingscheduledchangeswithinAmadeusandinformingthecustomer

  • Checkno-showsandcancellations.

  • Accuratelyprogrammingflightsintothein-housereservationsystem

Mission3:HandlinggrouprequestsefficientlyfortheMeetingsandEventsdepartment

  • Findingeffectiveandcost-efficientgroupflights fortheMeetingsandEventsdepartment

  • Completingpassenger listsandseatingrequestsasperthegroup’sneeds

  • Supportingthegroupsdepartmentsincaseofanyflightissues(delays,flightcancellations,etc.)

Mission4:Communicatingtravelinformationtoclients(includingschedulechanges)

  • Proactivelylookingoutfornoticesofairlinestrikes

  • Proactivelylookingoutforanypotentialissuesthatwouldaffectflights(weather,politicalsituations)

  • Communicating any potential transport issues to both the call center and clients in a polite and helpfulmanner

Mission5:AssistingtheFinancedepartmentinthereconciliationofTransportbillings.

  • SupportingtheTransportManagerwith ADM’s,ACM’sandotherBSPrequirements

Mission6:Build relations with airlines companies.

  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with airline representatives, including scheduling regular meetings and updates to stay informed about their operations and needs.

  • Negotiating contracts and agreements with airlines to ensure favorable terms and conditions for transportation services, such as cargo handling or passenger transport.

  • Collaborating with airlines to develop joint marketing initiatives, promotions, and special offers to attract new customers and increase revenue.

  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory changes, and technological advancements to maintain a competitive edge in the transportation market.

Skills and competencies we’re looking for:

Education level

  • Either university graduate or at least 3 years working in ticketing/ travel agency

Experience

  • Job experience: At least 3 years working in ticketing/ travel agency.

  • Knowledge: Understanding of the airline industry, airline rules and regulations, airline partners

  • Technical skills: At least 3 years of Amadeus selling Platform utilisation ticketing, reissuing tickets, IT fares, Queues administration, BSP knowledge

  • Skills: Sales oriented.

languages

You speakSpanish fluentlyand have a good level in English (French is a plus)
