Manage the training and development of GE and GO in the village - Training 1st season: newcomers integration - Training to support managers: keys GO, taken from station Managers - Functional training: behavioral, sale, languages, management
Elaborates a diagnosis with the managers and offers a plan of continuous training to teams
Plans with managers the deployment of training (according to availability of the teams)
Works in partnership with the managers of the village in the deployment of technical training
Elaborates and refreshes the content Integration and mobilization of the key GO
Animates training session in partnership with the manager for technical content
Ensures the logistics necessary to the smooth training
Contributes to the events and projects of the University of talent
