    Job Job Description

    You are

    • Sociable, you know how to connect with our guests and build a trusting relationship.
    • Efficient, you know how to manage priorities and ensure timely service.
    • Attentive, you ensure each guest receives personalised service.

    You will

    • Supervise a team of 10 to 30 restaurant employees
    • Assist the restaurant manager in the organisation of the service and the management of the resort's restaurant teams
    • Ensure the quality of the welcome, the set-up and the service in the dining room (600 to 1000 covers per service)
    • Unite and motivate your teams around defined objectives and support them in their development
    • Develop additional sales and participate in optimising the economic results of the service
    • Manage stocks and orders of products, consumables, small hotel equipment (PMH) and linen (tablecloths, towels etc.)
    • Guarantee the quality of services, compliance with Club Med health and safety rules as well as the maintenance of the resort's assets
