Mission Objectives:
To promote, to support, and to perpetuate the Sustainable Development and The Club Med Foundation initiatives (Happy To Care) in the NAM Resorts.
Among its missions:
- Accompany the Green Globe certification process in the resorts based on the yearly audit schedule
- Establish a diagnosis of the resort based on Green Globe audit criteria
- Assist the resort teams with an action plan in preparation for the yearly audit
- Launch training for resort staff and ensure that standards are in place with internal audits
- Be the village correspondent during the implementation phase of the action plan
- Accompany the team for the audit
- Help to launch and support TRANSVERSAL BU projects as the on-site support in the resorts. Projects include:
- Environmental partnerships
- Food waste management
- Hazardous waste management and recycling
- Bye-Bye Plastic initiative
- Happy To Care communication plan
- Assist in updating and educating the North American marketing and commercial teams on all CSR-related updated and progressions
- Develop and support Club Méditerranée Corporate Foundation actions
- Identify new opportunities for impactful community engagement
- Serve as a direct contact and liaison for local community and environmental partners
- Ensure the correct and consistent deployment of the Foundation actions in each resort
- Assist with the communication plan related to the Foundation Activity of each resort
- Assist the resort teams with ways to engage our clients in CSR (beach clean ups, fundraising events, turtle releases, etc.)
