You will:

Be the contact person between the different services in the resort, the Meetings and Events offices and the companies who are our clients
Ensure the daily computer update services modifications (stays, transport, services, additional clauses, invoices…)
Supervise and control the application of the program with the different services of the resort
Welcome the groups and inform them of the services and internal and external events
Propose and sell adjoining services to our clients (discovery activities, souvenirs, sport challenges…)
Suggest ideas concerning sales of services during the conception of the program (with the Clients) and during the stay of our groups (with the managers of our profit centers)
Receive the decision makers during their recognition visit and establish detailed report for the Commercial office
