You Will

Being the representative for groups, VIPs, and guests with special requests
Handling of arrivals and departures
Being involved in increasing and promoting “local sales” for stays & meals
Organising and taking part to cultural events for guests
Translateraly working with department heads for events & group functions
Making speeches (information conferences, presentation of shows and events…)

You will join the Reception team

Hospitality is the very essence of life at our resorts. By joining the Reception team, you’ll have a key role to play, that of developing a high-quality customised relationship with our guests and offering them:

High service standards and an all-inclusive experience in an exceptional setting
Multilingual and multicultural staff speaking 3 foreign languages on average
Accommodation for 500 to 1,500 clients per week from all over the world
