    RESERVATION SALES ADVISOR

    WHAT IS EXPECTED AS A RESERVATION SALES ADVISOR?

    You will be a Travel Experience Designer, selling the right Club Med resort that matches the client’s vacation wishes.  A sales-oriented and service-oriented spirit is needed as you will be responsible for increasing sales, using selling and upselling techniques, booking vacation packages, and providing needed service information. You will be responsible for ensuring that we deliver on our common goal of providing lasting memories to our customers.

    WHAT ARE THE SKILLS/ REQUIREMENTS?

    • High energy, customer focused sales professionals who are confident and thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
    • Sales experience with the ability to recognize sales opportunities
    • Strong technical and computer skills
    • Professional individuals who are enthusiastic, demonstrates initiative, adaptability, attention to detail, and good judgment.
    • Communication Skills: English is mandatory in this role as well as strong verbal a written communication skills. Bi-lingual French a plus!
    • Previous travel industry experiences, knowledge of geography and/or contact center experience is a plus, but not required.
    • Must be available to work 40 hours weekly, flexible for shifts within the hours of  6am and 7pm Monday through Friday, and 6:30am and 4pm on Saturday and Sunday; as well as Holidays.
