You will

As an Events Coordinator, you will be responsible for the operational implementation of events projects in line with the service provided. 
As Event Coordinator, prepare, run and coordinate the material, human and administrative aspects of the event 
Contribute to the artistic design of an event or show 
Supervise the performance and its running 
Checking the artistic quality of the project  
Motivate and unite the GO/GE teams to create high-quality events that delight GMs.  
Detecting and exploiting the talents of a GO/GE team and adapting to their levels  
Adapt to the different schedules of the teams in order to offer individual and collective rehearsals.  
Market your service in the village in order to unite the teams around the events  
Ensure compliance and safety of the stage environment and compliance with Club Med procedures and local regulations
