You will

Offer our customers (G.M., Gentle Members) an exceptional but always different shopping experience.
Advise and propose new experiences to G.M. in order to develop their loyalty.
Ensure that the essential sales levers (inventory management, hygiene, merchandising, coaching, etc.) are under control.
Coach and motivate the resort teams to increase local sales performance.
Set up sales events within the Resort
Ensure the equipment, material and infrastructure of the Resort
