Multilingual, you master at least two languages and are comfortable with international guests.

You will

Coordinate the information of all the services of the resort
Process and follow up all customer complaints concerning their stay in collaboration with the Reception Manager
Analyse the results and implement actions to develop additional sales of the resort
Federate and motivate your teams around defined objectives and accompany them in their development
Check the correct implementation, application and follow-up of the health and safety standards of its service

You will join the Reception team
