You are

You will

Being attentive to the clients, their needs and their expectations in order to gain regular customers
Selling and boosting all the products related to the excursions department through the promotion of the beauty and richness of the region and the country where the resort is located as well as cultural events in Club Med
Accompanying and leading groups on excursions (history, geography, economics, demography, local traditions and practices…)
Taking into account customers’ comments and suggestions and transmit them to your manager
Ensuring the respect of hygiene and safety procedures in the village and during excursions
