- Participate in order and stock management with the chef and the stocks & procurement manager according to the allocated budget
- Guarantee the quality of services, compliance with Club Med health and safety rules as well as maintenance of the resort's assets
- Unite and motivate your teams around defined objectives and support them in their development
- Analyse the results and propose areas for improvement in the budget and the service
