    Job Job Description

    You are

    • Creative and skilled for creating innovative flavoursome cuisine to surprise our guests.
    • Meticulous, you master hygiene and safety regulations perfectly.
    • Passionate, you aim to inspire emotion in our guests.

    You will

    • Assist the chef de cuisine (and possibly replace them in their absence)
    • Supervise a team of 20 to 60 chefs in setting up and replenishing buffets (600 to 1000 covers by section)
    • Participate in order and stock management with the chef and the stocks & procurement manager according to the allocated budget
    • Guarantee the quality of services, compliance with Club Med health and safety rules as well as maintenance of the resort's assets
    • Unite and motivate your teams around defined objectives and support them in their development
    • Analyse the results and propose areas for improvement in the budget and the service
