Supervise a team of 10 to 30 restaurant employees Assist the restaurant manager in the organisation of the service and the management of the resort's restaurant teams Ensure the quality of the welcome, the set-up and the service in the dining room (600 to 1000 covers per service) Unite and motivate your teams around defined objectives and support them in their development Develop additional sales and participate in optimising the economic results of the service Manage stocks and orders of products, consumables, small hotel equipment (PMH) and linen (tablecloths, towels etc.) Guarantee the quality of services, compliance with Club Med health and safety rules as well as the maintenance of the resort's assets
